For your convenience we are able to direct bill many extended health plans, as well as ICBC and MSP.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Worksafe BC clients at this time.
Rates
- Standard initial visit 45 min – $105
- Standard subsequent visit 30 min – $83
- ICBC initial visit 45 min – no user fee
- ICBC subsequent visit 30 min – no user fee
- MSP initial visit 45 min – $65 (if you qualify for premium assistance)
- MSP subsequent visit 30 min – $55
- Telehealth initial visit 45 min – $105
- Telehealth subsequent visit 30 min – $83
ICBC
If you have been involved in a motor vehicle collision, you qualify for physiotherapy, whether you were at fault or not. We direct bill to ICBC for the full cost of the appointments and there is no user fee. For the 12 weeks following your accident date, you can access up to 25 physio visits.
For your first appointment we need:
- Your ICBC claim number
- Your PHN (personal health number / care card number)
- Your date of injury
- The name and contact information of the claim adjuster or ICBC team managing your claim.
Extended Health & Benefits
We may be able to direct bill many extended health plans, including Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Chamber of Commerce, Cooperators, Cowan, Desjardin, Great West Life, Group Health, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc, Manulife, Standard Life, and Sunlife Financial.
For some plans you may need to pay for your appointment up front and submit your receipts.
