Meet Sandra
Outside of the clinic Sandra can be found on the trails in the Highlands with her dog or on her mountain bike, or volunteering for Search and Rescue.
Sandra grew up in Victoria riding horses, and competed in show jumping, representing Canada twice at the North American Young Rider’s Championships, earning a team Gold Medal in 2000.
For the past ten years she has been more involved in mountain biking, trail running and adventure racing. She has completed the BC Bike Race and Trans Rockies, eight Mind Over Mountain adventure races, and many ultramarathons from 50km to 200+miles, with the most recent being the 2023 Divide 200 miler.
